System: PC or Mac. Works best on Poser 7 and above; will also work in Poser 5 or 6, or Daz Studio. A few ERC controls are only for P7/Pro, and a few shaders (such as the plaster walls) will not show up in Daz. ================================== Ownership statement: All of this product's content was created by David G. Drumright (ockham). ================================== Installation: As usual, place the ZIP in your main Poser folder and extract with full paths. The subfolders in each department are named '1910Kit'. ================================== Sidenote: my free Refrigerator is a good addition to this scene. The fridge includes a few appropriate food items as well. http://sharecg.com/v/18160/Poser/1930-Refrigerator ================================== Full scene file: 1910KitFull.PZ3 Includes the Rooms, most of the furniture and some of the other props. Provides a starting point for your rearrangements! ================================== Details of figures: All figures load with the BODY as default pick, so you can reach the controls easily. Rooms: This is a pair of rooms with archway between. You can hide any side by using the View Pose files. Also has a couple of alternate MAT poses for walls and ceilings. The doors and the large window are openable. The room with plain walls and a linoleum floor is the Kitchen, and is the front of the scene. The room with wainscoting and wood floor is the Dining Room, and is the back of the scene. Boiling-pan: A large pan with movable lid and liquid. For making soup or canning. Bread: A sliced loaf of bread on a platter. Each slice can be moved around. Coal-Scuttle: The main part, handle, coal, and scoop are movable. Coal-stove: Doors open and burner covers can be moved or hidden. Includes an internal 'fire' that can be adjusted. To animate the fire, vary the Flame Intensity and Flame Pattern controls. Coffeepot: The lid is movable Dining-Chair: No movable parts Dining-Table: Dial on Body opens and closes the foldable parts. Dry-Sink: Doors open. Gas-Harp: An elegant gas illumination fixture. Contains a point light; when you turn the LightOn dial, the glass, mantle and point light work together to create both a "glow" and real illumination. Will automatically place itself on the dining room ceiling if the Rooms figure is present. Hutch-empty: Doors and drawer open. Hutch-filled: Includes stacks of dishes on the shelves, and silverware in the drawer. The stacks are 'chain-parented' so you can pick up the bottom dish and keep the others on top. Ironing-Board: Wall-mounted ironing board. Turning the OpenBoard dial causes the door to open and the board to fold out in sequence. (This dial only works in P7 and above; an animated pose is supplied for earlier versions and DS.) Iron: No moving parts Kitchen-Chair: No moving parts Kitchen-Table: No moving parts Mason-Jar: Has a lid with clamp. Turning the Open dial opens the clamp, but the lid has to be removed manually. Has internal liquid, which can be colored. (Use the 'liquid' material.) Oil-Lamp: Includes a point light. When you turn the LightOn dial, the glass, wick, and point light act together to glow and illuminate. Also has a HideOuterShade control to eliminate the shade, for a simpler and more rural appearance. Rocking-Chair: The Rock dial makes the chair rock properly. Use the rotate and translate dials on the BODY to move the whole thing around. Sink-Pump: Meant to fit on the Dry-Sink or in the ground. If the DrySink is present in the scene, the Sink-Pump will automatically parent itself to the correct location on the DrySink. If not, it locates at zero. For outside use, increase the Height control. Use the Pull control to move the handle. Teapot: Lid and handle are movable Toaster: Stove-top toaster. Has four slices of bread. Each slice can be moved around separately; the BurnToast dial controls the color of all the bread. Washboard: No moving parts Washtub: Water level is adjustable. (LowerWater and HideWater controls on BODY.) ================================== Details of Props: ================================== Bowl BowlWithSoup: Liquid can be lowered Cup CupWithCoffee: Liquid can be lowered or tilted for drinking. CupAndSaucer: CupWithCoffee parented to a Saucer Dining-tablecloth: Smart-prop to fit on the Dining-table. Has morphs for Flat-Drape and Drop-Drape, to fit the table with leaves up and down.
