DigitalDesignsUnlimited does not offer refunds. The customer needs to use the Contact Form above tell us what the problem is, allow the artist time to help you. If the artist has not satisfied you, ONLY then will a refund be granted. DDU does not own the products listed here for sale, the artist does.

processing is done at LinkPoint.

You must enter your email address to receipt your download link(s). Your email address along with a password allows you to download. This information is at the bottom of your receipt, without your receipt you will not get your purchase..Check your spam folder if you did not receive your receipt in a reasonable amount of time. If your mail is bouncing your receipt will not get to you, and we are unable to email you. Use the form above to email us with the order number if you are having problems.
